1. What does Radford Auctions do?
Radford Auctions is an "eBay drop off store." This means that the general public can bring items to us that they would like to have sold for them on eBay and we will sell the item for the customer.

2. How much does it cost to have Radford Auctions sell something for me?
Radford Auctions charges a percentage based on the final ending auction price.Our fee structure is as follows:

3. Will Radford Auctions sell anything for me?
Radford Auctions will only sell those items that are not illegal to sell or that have not been banned from sale on eBay. Radford Auctions does reserve the right to turn down the sale of any item. Also, we do require a minimum value for items that we sell for our customers so that we can assure that they will be able to make money from the sale of their item. 4. How does the process work?
The process for selling an item on eBay through Radford Auctions is very simple:
Step 1: You bring the item to Radford Auctions after making sure it is an item that we will sell for you.
Step 2: We will photography the item and list it for you on eBay.
Step 3: After approximately 10 days, your item will have sold and you will receive your check in the mail.

5. How much will my check be?
The amount you receive will be based on the final auction value of your item. That value is taken and subtracted from that are the fee's associated with listing on eBay and the fee for using Radford Auctions.

6. What happens if my item does not sell?
Radford Auctions provides our customers with the option of either picking up their item from our location and not having to pay any fee's or Radford Auctions can continue to re list the item until it is sold. Each time an item is listed, a fee is charged by eBay and this will in return be charged to the customer if the item is listed more than once.

7. What about shipping my item after it is sold?
What about it? Radford Auctions takes care of all the packaging and shipping involved with selling your item. The cost of shipping is not taken our of your payment amount, but is instead paid for by the buyer on top of the final value of the item.

8. What kind of payments do you accept?
Radford Auctions primarily deals through PayPal, an online payment processor, which can accept e-checks, credit cards, and direct payments from bank accounts. However, we do also accept cash, check, or money orders from our buyers.

9. Can I be paid in any form besides a check?
Unfortunately, we can not offer our customers cash payments because we do not keep any cash on hand at our location. All payments to customers are made by check and can immediately be taken to a bank and cashed or deposited.

10. What fee's are Radford Auctions and what fee's are eBay's?
The fees associated with using Radford Auctions are outlined in the above question and answer, "How much does it cost to have Radford Auctions sell something for me?" All other fee's such as insertion fee's, final value fee's, listing upgrade fee's, relisting fee's are associated with eBay and are charged by them. 11. Where will my item(s) be kept?
While Radford Auctions has possession of your item(s), they will be kept in a secure storage location managed by Radofrd Auctions. The only people that will have access to this location and your items will be our employee's who will retreive the item(s) for shipping only.

12. Do I need a special permit to sell guns, knives, etc.?
As a customer of Radford Auctions, you do not need a license or permit to have your knives or similar weapons sold for you. However, per eBay policy, Radford Auctions will not list for sale any fire arms or other similar guns or weapons. For more information on the types of weapons that are and are not allowed to be sold on eBay, please follow this link. 13. How long will my auction last?

All auctions listed by Radford Auctions will last for a duration of 7 days.

14. When will I be paid?
You will be paid after the end of your specific auction item. At the end of the auction, Radford Auctions must first receive payment from the high bidder in order to process the transaction. Once payment is received from the high bidder, fee's will be deducted from the total amount, and a check will be sent to you in via the United States Post Office. If you would like, you can also request to pick your check up from Radford Auctions. 15. How will my item(s) be returned to me if it does not sell?

If your item does not sell, you have the option to relist your item until it does sell. However, if you would prefer to receive your item back, you will need to arrange to pick the item up from Radford Auctions withing 7 business days from the ending auction date.

16. Who will be able to view my item?
Your item will be able to viewed by everyone who searches the eBay website for key words related to your item. In some cases, when someone searches for a key word in a search engine, such as Google or Yahoo, eBay auction listings will come up that way and people can find your item.

17. What happens if I no longer wish to sell my item?
If you wish to no longer sell your item, you will need to inform Radford Auctions within 2 business days of the start of the auction that you would like to cancel the auction. If this happens, you will still be responsible for paying any fee's charged by eBay for listing the item(s) and cancelling the auction.

18. How will I be notified when my item sells?

You will be notified by email and/or a telephone call to let you know that your item has been sold. At this point, we can also inform you as to how much you should expect your check to be and when you should expect to receive it.
